Sweepstakes Conditions and Terms

Homeowners' Handyman Headquarters, Inc (herein HHH) will be conducting a Homeowners Sweepstake Drawing during the first quarter of 2010.
Qualified Entrants:
Homeowners who are 18 years old or older and are a legal residence living in their home that is located in an area where HHH conducts business and is permitted to install its products.
Homeowners whose homes are identified as being in a condition where the installation of the HHH product would be an appropriate improvement (HHH reserves the right to make this determination via its agents) and conforms to all area codes, regulations, and zoning.
Entry Conditions:
There is no charge for entry.
There is no requirement of a purchase to enter.
There is no requirement to participate in a sales presentation to enter.
To enter, a qualified homeowner has to have their name, address, phone number, and product of their choice (selected from a list provided by HHH) provided to an HHH agent for submission into the drawing.
Conducting Drawing:
After the deadline for entries has expired, entrants will be notified of drawing date along with an invitation to conduct the drawing.
Of the entrants who accept the invitation and return it as instructed, two will be invited in to conduct the drawing.
Odds of Winning:
There will be one winner drawn.
he odds of winning will be determined by the number of qualified entries.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by certified mail within 48 hours of the drawing date.
Winners Validation:
The winner must adhere to all the conditions and terms of validating their qualification as per the contents of the winning notice.
This included but is not limited to, an affidavit of proper eligibility and a liability and publicity release.
This information and documentation must be in the possession of HHH within 14 days of the post date of the winning notice or prize is forfeited.
If needed, it is winner's resposibility to provide proof of delivery into HHH possession.
Winner's Tax Responsibilities:
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, and other fees and taxes that are applicable.
Winner is responsible for the filing and reporting of all said taxes.
Restrictions, exceptions, discaimers, and non-inclusive:
1. This sweepstakes offer/promotion is void where prohibited by law, rules, or regulation.
2. HHH reserves the right to suspend, alter, or terminate the drawing without notice at any time they deem appropriate.
3. HHH does no accept any responsibility for lost, late, incorrect, or illegible entries and they will not be identified as qualified for the drawing.
4. In the event of the dispute concerning an entry or the qualification of the validity of a winner, HHH reserves the right to disqualify or qualify, both, in good faith.
5. Installation of product is understoof to mean the following:
Winner's home must be in a condition which allows for a normal installtion of the product chosen, as defined by HHH.
Any remediation or repairs deemed necessary, prior to the installtion of the product, must be performed at winner's expense.
HHH will not schedule installation of product intil repairs or preparation work is satisfactorily completed to HHH satisfaction.
Winner must have home ready for installation and permit HHH to complete installation within four months of date of winning notification. Failure to do so forfeits winning.
Any aditional expenses incurred by HHH, regardless if product is installed or not, is the responsibility of the winner.
6. Acceptance of the prize and its installation releases HHH from any/all further responsibilities, liabilities, and obligation to winner.
Acceptance of the prize acknowledges winner gives permission for HHH to use winner's name, and drawing experience for advertising and promotional purposes without the winner expecting or receiving any compensation, reward, or favors, unless restricted by law.
The prize must be installed in the home of the qualified entrant by an HHH designated installer.
The winenr may elect to accept a cash prize in the amount of 50% of the HHH retail value of the prize.
Agreeing to participate in the Homeowners Sweepstakes is an acknowledgement by the entrant that they are creating a business relationship with HHH and as such giving HHH permission to contact them regarding future promotions and sales.
HHH does not share any information about their customer or drawing entrants with others.
Drawing participants (entrants) also agree to release and hold harmless any/all HHH owners, partners, employees, shareholders, officers, agents, managers, etc. from any damages, injury, failure to inform, incidents which may result because of participation in the drawing and/or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
The drawing is sponsored by, financed by, and conducted by Homeowners Handyman Headquarters, Inc. 47 Water St Plaza, Hellertown, PA 18055.
The conditions and terms of the promotion as stated are governed by the law of the United States and wih Northampton County in Pennsylvania and the appropriate governing venue.
