Powers: Isabella is electrically charged and can emit electricity from her body, ranging from sparks, to shocks, to bolts of lightning. Her body is immune to being shocked. However, contact with metal and water could prove fatal to those near her. Also she has the ability to drain the energy from what surrounds her. She then converts it to electricity which she can shoot from her body, mainly hands. She need not touch what she drains, and can drain anything. Draining a person can result in death, if she holds on long enough.
History: Isabella was born in Boston to Claude Rene Sadler, a heroin dealer from New Orleans, and Dahlia Grey, heiress to the Boston Vice Society, the governing body of New England's organized prostitution. Her father was rarely in the country but when he was, he showered her with gifts, and her mother died of cancer when Isabella was just 3 years old. So, she was raised by her beloved Aunt Hester Grey from an early age. Hester was the most powerful madame in all of New England, and Isabella learned early the tricks of being a successful madame, though she never worked as a prostitute herself. Isabella was her aunt's apprentice by the tender age of 12.
About that time, she noticed everytime she touched something metalic, a small bolt of electricty would appear. Amused by her new "trick", she became more excited as her powers developed further. Eventually, her aunt learned of her niece's talents and it was confirmed that Isabella was indeed a mutant. Hester encouraged Isabella to keep her condition a secret, so as not to scare potential costumers.
Shortly after completing her sophomore year at a prestigious private high school, Isabella happened on an accident in progress. She watched in horror as a young man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. She rushed to his aid and accompanied him to the hospital. Since the man was blind and deaf and had no identification on him, he was released to Isabella and Hester and placed in their care.
The man eventually began to communicate through sign language and miraculously began telepathically communicating with Isabella. His name was Shane Bixby, and he was also a mutant.
Over time, Isabella and Shane became lovers and spent nearly all waking moment's telepathically conversing with one another, and together, they fell into a sort of normalcy.
A chance meeting with Aunt Hester's associate, Patsy Hyatt, proved a turning point in Isabella's life. Patsy invited Isabella and Shane to join the Underground, and with Isabella's connections to drug and prostitution rings around the country, she was eager to join.

Personality: A prankster at heart, Isabella is known for her playfulness and lack of worry. Her light-hearted nature compliments Shane's dark, dry humor. Isabella feels very protective of Shane and spends most of her free time just sitting in his arms and "talking" to him. She often comes off as haughty and rude, and is s bit snobby toward the other women of The Underground.
**Other: Isabella has a telepathic link with Shane, which he forged after he met her. She is able to contact him telepathically at will, though she herself is not a telepath. Isabella learned sign language from Shane.
