Powers: At will, she transforms her entire body into that of an oversized dog like animal. It stands about 7 feet tall, with razor sharp teeth, enhanced strength, endurance, reflexes, durability and razor sharp claws. When in this form, she is covered in grey fur and goes into berseker mode.
History: Patsy Jeanne Hyatt is not really who she says she is. She is really Frances Hyatt, and Patsy is her mother. Patsy was close friends with Nancy Blackwood back in the 1930's when they worked together in a brothel. Soon after Nancy left, Patsy left too, heading to her native Alabama to marry and raise a family. Patsy married a man named Leroy and had five children. Her youngest was born in 1953, and was named Frances.
Frances grew up in rural Alabama in the 1950's and 1960's. It was a turbulant time through and through. Frances was especially close to her mother, who was in her 40's when she had her.
Patsy herself was a mutant, and was always supportive when Frances' powers started to manifest. When she was 15 her powers were fully developed and she had total control over them.
Soon after, she left high school to follow her mother's foot steps and work as a prostitute. Through the years, she worked her way up the ranks of the southern bordellos, to become the head of all vices in the Southern US by the time she was 30 years old.
By this time, she had tasted power, and wanted more. She began formulating her plans to control the vices world wide. To do this, she needed help. So, she decided to assume her mother's identity to persuade her mother's close friend, Nancy Blackwood, to assist her. With Nancy's on board, Hadrian Blackwood and Tina Ford joined the cause automatically.
After recruiting several other mutants for her newly formed Underground, she was ready to move into action.

Personality: Patsy is the lady vamp of the Dixie nightland. She has her fingers in nearly every illegal industry the south can offer. She is constantly looking for fresh sources of cash. Patsy has a special place in her heart for Vic Martinez (Rage), who is madly in love with her. Though it isn't clear to anyone, herself included, if she really returns his affections, she allows him to belief what he wants, and sleeps with him to keep him loyal to the Underground.
