History: Diego was born in El Paso, Texas, the son of a white man, Roger, and a Native American/Mexican woman named Juanita. Diego lived a normal life until the age of 13, when he first noticed strange liquid on his skin and strange tastes in his mouth. Alarmed, he tried to hide the venom. He was successful, until he was 16. He was on a date with a girl named Elaine. She went to kiss him, started to have seizure like convulsions and amazingly, ended up dead 15 minutes later. Tramatized, Diego continued to hide his powers, instead, putting up a cocky exterior.
He left El Paso at the age of 17, wandering around Texas comitting petty crimes, dealing drugs and going in and out of prison. He eventually made his way to New Orleans, Louisiana. While there, he met the beautiful mutant Patsy Hyatt. She persuaded him to join her crusade for world vice control.
