Powers: Born with a sort of Jekyll and Hyde split personality, one side of his personality is a law abiding police officer, while the other is a murderous serial killer and rapist known simply as Georgie. He goes through a physical metamorphasis when Georgie takes over, changing from a normal human body, to a massive talking cat-like animal twice his regular size. He has no memory of what happens when Georgie is awakened, and Georgie has no memory of what happens when Vic is in his natural state. He also, has no control over when he changes forms.
History: Born and raised in the slums of L.A., Victor Martinez spent the first half of his life trying to stay out of trouble. He worked hard, put his nose to the ground and got accepted to the police academy as soon as he was able.
He worked so hard he ignored the fact that he began having murderous hallucinations and a sort of blood lust.
That method proved seriously dangerous when he woke up one morning and realized those hallucnations weren't hallucinations, they were reality. He awoke in his landlady's apartment, drenched in blood, and surrounded by several half eaten carcasses. Alarmed, he first considered alerting his fellow police officers, assuming that he had somehow survived a vicious attack. But after closely examining the crime scene, and his own appearance, he came to realize the awful truth: he had killed those people.
Desperate and depressed, Vic fled Los Angeles and went to Las Vegas, where he kept the company of drug dealers and prostitutes, working as a body guard for a crime lord. That is, until he accidently killed that crime lord.
Fearing a backlash, he fled again, this time to New Orleans, where he met and fell in love with the famed Madam Patsy Hyatt. Willing to risk his life for her, he agreed to join her Underground movement and work as her body guard.

Personality: Depressed and addicted to cocaine, Vic spends much of his time moping around while Patsy does the dirty work. Vic often has to stop and wonder where his life has gone. He misses his old, stable life as a cop, but he also feels greatful to find Patsy and the Underground to help him move on. He is conflicted in his life, and is always in fear of what he might do when Georgie gets loose.
**Other: A former police officer, he can shoot a hand gun with deadly aim, and he is always armed.
