Powers: Has minor telekinetic abilities. Can make objects "vanish by sending them into an alternate dimension. When they disappear, they create a cloud of smoke. He can retrieve them at will. He can also create flames, sparks, and smoke from his finger tips. Can "vanish" by teleporting himself through the alternate dimension. He can not teleport other people or heavy items though.
History: Brian is the only child of a military family. He was born in South Carolina.His mother, Ellen, was a homemaker, and his father, Vincent, was an airforce major. The Sloan family lived all over the world, mostly in Europe.
Brian spent his early childhood in Italy, where he developed a deep love for magic. He soon learned a variety of different magic tricks. As a young teen, he lived awhile in England, where his teleportation skills first manifested. Later, while living in Hawaii, his flame powers first showed.
Scared his father would be angry with him, Brian kept his abilities secret. After he finished high school in Colombia, he returned to the US. He moved to Las Vegas, where he made small amounts of cash as a street magician. He was poor and starving, so he started to con people and pick pockets. He was soon found out and wanted by the law, so he fled Nevada for the last place a cultured, well travelled man would go, New Orleans.
He soon fell back into his conning ways. That is, until he tried to rip off a hooker named Noelle LeFleur. Noelle was in the service of one Patsy Hyatt, and when she returned to her bordello with no money, Patsy decided to hunt down the man who ripped her off.
Patsy found Brian in a hotel room counting his cash. She offered him a deal, to use his natural abilities and acquired skills to control world wide drug trades and prostitution circles. Looking for excitement, Brian accepted her offer, thus joining the Underground.

Personality: Brian's quiet exterior is just a facade for the complex deception underneath. He comes off as shy and sweet, like a wholesome young man. But he has travelled the world, honing his conning skills. He is actually a nice and caring individual, but he tries his best to hide it.
