Loida Ponio.  I was weighed and my blood pressure was taken by the nurse at Mediserve, Southmall.  The past weekly check-ups, I had been gaining a pound per week and my blood pressure was rising.  Ultrasound also showed that Chloe was still in breech presentation.        I was also pre-eclamptic which made my OB decide that we should have a C-section that night.  I was surprised and cried because I didn't expect to give birth that day.  I felt that I wasn't prepared and I guess I was still hoping that Chloe would still turn and that I could still give birth through normal delivery.        Anyway, I was admitted at Perpetual Help Hospital that night and a C-section was done at exactly 7:30 pm.  I was conscious and aware of the things that happened inside the operating room and as soon as Chloe came out, Tita Loida's first words were, "Love, kamukha ni Mon".  I didn't really know how to react since Tita Loi didn't say if it was a boy or girl.  After so many hours at the Recovery Room, I was brought to my room and the day after, Mon and I went to the nursery to see Chloe.  It was a sight to behold ...
