How to post as a file
here is how I post stats as a file.......I go to "post to this blog" just as i would if i were posting a normal message. after that i enter the title and mood and topic and you dont have to enter anything in the "now playing" but right underneath of that you will see little images that indicate things such as bold, Italic, cut, link, spell check, etc. if you keep looking you will see a video camera icon.....click on that ( it should be the second from the right) after you click on that a screen should pop up...when it does click on "choose" and then find your excell file or whatever and click on it and then it should insert it........change the name from my video to whatever you want, preferably your team name and date.......then click insert.......you should then be able to close out that screen and it will return you to the normal post screen and you should see some text (code) in the entry box and then you can click "post"...it should post your stats
