Lisa <3 Kenny

Once upon a time Lisa woke up at 10am to do her hair for the upcoming Alhambra High's Winterball she was invited to by Kenny. Rushing to get her hair done so she can go over to her cousins house to get the rest of her hair done and getting ready, she came across a problem. She forgot her earrings. Not only that, but her dad got mad that she was going since he wasn't informed about the night and yelled at Lisa over the phone and even came to her cousin's house to ask why she didn't tell him and lectures and arguments. Came to be that Lisa's mom didn't tell her dad when she was suppose to. All led to a misunderstanding and her cousin, Connie spoke to my dad letting me go and we all talked reasonably. Lisa ended up going.

Connie dropped Lisa off to Aaron's house to wait for her ride to Xpose to take studio pictures of their beautiful selves. When Lisa got out of the car, she saw a very cute handsome man in a suit and was speechless. With her jaws dropping in shock, she knew she was lucky to have such a handsome good looking guy dating her for a month. Kenny walked to Lisa with his suit and tie  and gave Lisa a big hug and they told each other how good they both look. Lisa helped Kenny pin on his boutonnière and Kenny helped Lisa put on her beautiful corsage. The corsage had 3 slightly sprinkled burgundy roses with 2 orchids. Kenny's boutonnière also had roses, but 2 of them and 1 orchid. Kenny was standing there looking around and talking to his friends while Lisa just stood right next to him admiring his great looks and she saw his great personality on the surface of his radiant skin. His smile brightened up her bad day from what happened earlier with her father.  In still total amazement, Lisa realized it was was time to take their couple pictures. They took 6 snapshots and choose 3 to get developed. The Pictures came out nice, but a little too light.

Off they went to Kenny's house to pick up Winterball tickets. Lisa, Aaron, and Kristelle went inside and hung out for a while. Then off to Winterball. Kenny and Lisa went in the Embassy Suite and saw 2 peaceful looking pools as the water  were glowing and rippling.  As they went up to the ballroom, they were amazed how pretty the place was. Everyone were dressed up in their suites and dresses, tables were nicely set with flowers in the middle, baby blue balloons hanging all around, and the dance floor with the DJ. Kenny , Lisa, Aaron and Kristelle all found a table to sit down together. Then Josh and his girlfriend, Elena came and joined us. Since it was a buffet, they all got up to go get some food to fill up their tummy for the night.

As Lisa was looking at the beautiful place and how nice people looked there, Kenny interrupted her by asking her to go outside a balcony looking floor. Lisa went outside and admired the view from a high altitude. She can see the stars, pretty trees, and the architecture of the hotel itself.  Kenny faced Lisa and gave her a mini speech about when he first met her, saw her, went out with her, etc...after dating, he concluded that he wants to take things a notch higher to express his feelings freely to her. Lisa was standing there feeling so numb and happy. She knew this was it. She knew where he was heading at. Then Kenny got out a ring pop and asked her if he can be her boyfriend. Smiling and laughing at the cute and silly ring pop, she answered "Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend." Both faces lightened up for the happiness of the answer and gave each other a kiss and a big hug. Kenny took our his phone and his phone read "8:57". Kenny then stated, "January 10, 2004 at 8:57pm." It was finally official. No more anticipating for the right time cuz the right time had arrived. No more dating. It's official. Lisa was tempted and licked the ring pop just once and so did Kenny. Now its a ring that was existed that night with a yes following by Lisa and Kenny's lick of its ring pop.

They went back inside and sat down with a big smile to their faces. Aaron and Kristelle knew what just happened since Aaron knew what Kenny was doing. It was all planned out. They congratulated them now that they are finally together. Lisa and Kenny danced the night away on the dance floor. The slow songs were beautiful and perfect for the moment. Lisa really felt like she was in love all over again. When the slow songs rolled, she slow danced with him looking deep into his eyes knowing he'll always be there. Lisa felt that they were the only ones slow dancing alone on the dance floor with the spot light on them. No one there, no one to interrupt. It was perfect. The feeling was great. You could have saw that they did not want to let go nor want the night to end. Sadly, it had to.

Before they left, they took pictures together with friends and with each other. They each got a snow globe from the ballroom people can put their memorable pictures in it. They went down to the glowing pool and took some snap shots there. They also took some pictures together near a fountain. Many pictures were taken to capture the night all in a digital camera.

They all wanted something to drink so KEnny, LIsa and their friends went to Tapioca Express, sat down and relaxed from the tiring but wonderful night. All went home after that, leaving Lisa still smiling about what happened that night. She wanted to relive it again and didn't want it to end. But she knew there is more wonderful days ahead for  her and Kenny to come. She can feel that Winterball will soon be nothing compared to the upcoming days they will soon share together.
