How it's made
First 2 pieces of 1X12 are cut to the appropriate lengths and
1/8" groves are cut
in the long piece at the proper spacing. Spacing is controlled by
the little white piece
of wood in the groove on the lower left of the large piece of wood.
The 1X12s are now split to the appropriate widths.
Half blind dovetails are used to make the corners on the box.
The pieces are then assembled and glued to form the box.
After the glue dries a 1/4"X1/4" rabbit
will be cut in the bottom of the box to accept a 1/4" plywood back.
