Fitchburg’s own The Compound will be celebrating their 4th anniversary party with the bang of bass drums and the shredding of guitars on Thursday, April 20th.  The lineup includes five bands with ties to Fitchburg State College: On the Surface, Kinetic, In Vino Veritas, The Reaganauts, and Outside In.  Opening up for this FSC quintet of rockers will be Zach Root, a singer/songwriter from Westminster.  The Compound, located at 281 Lunenburg Street in Fitchburg, is owned by Anna Place and operated by women.
