Obviously every transsexual goes through a transition. Some go through the physical changes too. Supposedly the definition of a transsexual is one who wants to physically change his or her body, though I know of transsexuals who option for no surgery or hormones. Regardless, I am not one of those selective few. I am physically transitioning. My first shot of T (testosterone) was June 12th, 2003 at 8:45 AM. Using pictures, a log (rather than full out diary), and voice clips I have recorded my physical transition both for my own usage and for other people to see the effects of testosterone my personal surgical results. Please, do remember, everyone's mileage will vary if he or she chooses to transition.
The log I have kept consists of mainly when I or someone else noticed a change (though I used pictures more often to depict physical changes). It's a dated log and goes into little detail. For those of you wondering, I am currently and have always been on T cypionate. (See Hormone Treatment for explanation.)
