      - on people following their whims in matters of religion

      - when it is permissible to differ

- on taqlid (following qualified scholarship)

      - knowledge amongst the Companions

            - on the number of legal verdicts they gave

            - what the Companions would do when something wasn’t clear

            - the false accusations against the Companions

            - who each of them followed

- example of student in Damascus & importance of following qualified scholarship

      - importance of understanding need & benefit of qualified scholarship

 - on understanding taqlid & firm conviction

 - what you believe in must correspond to sound belief

 - example of university students & religious fervor based on pure emotion

 And affirm the existence of the miracles of the awliya (elect of Allah Most High) and whoever negates it reject their words

 - definition of awliya

      - ranks of awliya

      - undertaken to serve Allah

      - highest of wilaya

 - definition of miracles and on cause and effect

      - example of fire

      - on taking means

      - on relationship breaking between cause & effect

 - His saying ‘and whoever negates it, reject their words’
