Students and parents, welcome to Mrs. Lipnick's Fourth Grade webpage. On the bottom and top of the site are links to the subject pages and the other websites. On this website, students will be able to look up homework, print out an extra rubric for a project, or catch up on the classroom activities if they are absent. All the subject pages contain the information on the current unit that the class is covering. The pages also contain information on additional activities for the current units for extra practice. In addition to the current unit information, the subject pages contain a brief overview of the upcoming unit(s) that the class will be covering. In this way, you will be able to more appropriatly prepare for future school work or assignments.
Under the general section of the website are links to a calendar, multiple links, the daily homework, and exceptional work that students have created. The calendar page contains the dates and information on all upcoming and some past events of the school year. The calendar can be easily used by both students and parents. The links page contains links to some appropriate search engines and also to informational sites for research. If anybody has another good link for school work then e-mail me the URL so I can add it to the links page. The exceptional work page contains outstanding work, that has been created by the students. Quality work also has its rewards! The homework page contains the daily homework assignment for the day. I will not always get around to updating this page every day so write down your homework in school too! The last page is dedicated to the parents. The parents' page is used mainly to convey important information to the parents. I will always send home notices with the students so don't worry about checking the site every day for updates.
