for an item that is under 10k np. The
more np you donate the higher the
probablity that you will recieve what
you asked for. Donate to national_
neopians_03's shop by then neomail
bluegecko88 requesting an item.
There will be 3 wishes granted at the
end of each month, and if your wish is
not granted it will continue onto the next
month's wishing well drawings. So get
