***The Black Admiral of the Red and the Black Admiral of the Seas will have the ability to approve/disapprove user requests for membership, can add/change rank, and will handle the day-to-day activities of the Group.

***The first main contributors will be honored by whichever rank they feel they deserve, subject to approval by the Group's senior members. The ranks of the group's first members will be filled according to the decisions made by the senior members. The senior members are the Admirals, and two Captains, approved by the Admirals.

Wraith 5, of the Graphics Department, has decided to lend a hand in the creation of the new rank images. The work sounds wonderful, and I'm sure it will be nothing less than that, as Wraith 5's designs has been outstanding thus far. The images should be updated in about a week. Check back soon!
