Cooperative Groups: Charmender X-men Super Yo Yo Harry Potter R.V.D Magic Knight Pokemon	Activities conducted: Show & Tell The kids adore this activity. When I missed it due to lack of time, they gave a very disappointing look on their faces. I felt like a criminal when I denied them that. Cooperative Learning This has been a method that I have used ever since I started teaching 4 years ago. I find it very beneficial for the pupils and through that, they learn more as they go on a road to discovery together. Of course, one has to be prepared for a certain level of sound. Weekly English Quiz This class is weak in English and to make sure that some lessons stay with them, a quiz would help as it is fun and learning all tied up in one. Journal Writing This is perhaps to my benefit. I enjoy reading their journal very much because it shows their genuine thoughts. The pupils are not assessed for their grammar nor their vocabulary. The purpose of this activity is to induce the joy of writing in a safe environment. Student Conference I try to conduct a few conferences with my students every week to brief them on my expectations on them academically and behaviourally. Story Telling I know from my years of education in NIE the importance of reading to the pupils. They not only enjoy the story but the teacher can model the reading to them. For me, I do it the period after recess. This is helpful as I am able to capture the attention of the students while waiting for all my pupils to return to class after recess. This helps to cool them down and also acts as a transition to the next lesson.	A classroom, in my humble opinion should be filled with prints and colours. Thus, it is my responsibility to turn the room into a cheery one, one in which the students would be proud of and one which displays their work pieces. If i were given a chance, I would paint the class and have the pupils draw pictures on it. How's that for a change? Still working on it
