Just discovered how to do this myself so I thought I'd let you know. To include a hyperlink that actually works in your posting, click on the little chain icon above the text window you are typing in. You get prompted for a URL and a description (and other stuff that isn't important). Paste your URL and enter a meaningful description. When you click OK, the Description you have entered (with the URL all in HTML code) gets inserted AT THE END of your posting. The words you entered for description are underlined and if clicked (when the posting is put in the blog) will take you to the URL. Check out my latest blog entry as I've managed to get it to work there.
Neat huh?
