Class:Watch me clog
I started clogging when I was six years old, the fall of 1996.
I was in Watch me clog, thats the 1st clogging class. We learned the basic steps.
Double-step, rockstep, basics, triples, fancy-doubles,rocking chairs.
We had really country lookin constumes!!! We dances to "Baby Face".
The recital was in May of '97, so by then I was 7.
Year 2

This year we danced to "I love Mickey". The song was about Mickey Mantle, the baseball player.
This was recital '98. The 2 boys that were in the class got baseball uniforms for their costume.
The girls had leotards that where striped white & blue, a blue sequined skirt that had a baseball on it &
blue hat w/ a silver sequined band around it.
Year 3

Recital 1999. I don't know the name of the song we danced too.
I took the class but I
wasn't able to be in the recital : ( I wasn't happy about that! lol!!!
The costumes where like green & black.
Year 4

I didn't clog this year. I stopped to take ballet.
I didn't like ballet at all
Its a great dance & everything, its really pretty. But to go from clogging a fast & hard dance
to ballet well it just didn't work!
By hard I mean we step really hard & stuff. lol! So I took ballet.
I wanted to quit all year but I didnt say anything.
But I broke my foot in April so I couldn't dance anyways!
lol. But my teacher was REALLY nice!
Year 5

Class:Solid Clog
I came back to clogging this year!
We learned the dance to "ABC" by the Jackson 5. Ok, that was fine.
But then they changed to music to "If ya wanna dance" by Nobody's Angel or whatever the song was.
We danced in these HOT PINK pants! lol! They looked really good w/ the teal shirt & on stage! lol!!!!
Year 6

Class:Teen Clog
This year I started out in Solid Clog, then I went to the Teen Clog class.
Since I'm so tall, they said I could if I wanted. So I tried it. ANd went to that class instead.
I learned a LOT that year! Flea-Flickers, Canadians, Gallops, and I learned how to do precision!!
We danced to "Dance with me" by I don't know some girl. It was a cool dance! We danced in red pants
this year, a little more quite than hot pink!! lol!
Year 7
Recital year:2003

Class:Ruby Team
This year was my first year on one of the teams! The teams are: Sapphire,Ruby,Emerald & Diamond.
I was on ruby. The teams go to competitions and compete. We learned 2 dances this year.
1.Pop musik (exhibition) we did this dance w/ the sapphire team! It was awsome!
2.Red haired boy (precision) this dance is precision, in precision you dance w/ a partner.
We went to 3 competitions. The big one The Tennesse Clogging Clasic in where else? Tennesee!
was awsome!!!!!! We did pretty good, it was the biggest competition we went to!
There were teams from
