International Characters

HTML gives special codes non-English "international" characters and some punctuation marks. Each code is an HTML command that displays a single character. Commands that display single characters are the only HTML commands that do not require angle brackets.
Each of these codes begins with an ampersand (&) and ends with a semicolon (;) and all are case-sensitive.
