Liberty
Telecoms Holding, Inc.
is a
publicly listed telecommunications carrier offering services that range
from nationwide telephone service to data communications, interexchange
carrier services and international voice and data connectivity.
Incorporated
in January 14, 1994, LTHI had three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Liberty
Broadcasting Network, Inc. ,Radionet, Inc. and Tanya Development, Inc.
On March 15, 2000, the three subsidiaries merged, with Liberty Broadcasting
Network, Inc. as the surviving company. The Securities and Exchange
Commision (SEC) approved the merger on June 28, 2000.
Liberty's
goal is to become a profitable niche player with the widest selection
of cost-effective communications services, available for more cities
nationwide, through its own microwave backbone network and connected
to the rest of the world via its own international fiber-optic facilities.
Liberty
Telecoms strengths is in its own Research and Development capability.
The company use their own designs from telephone units to practically
every telecommunication products.
Among
their products are ChoiceTel, Trunknet, VersaPhone, Datalink, VodaLink.
Their
other special services which includes VSAT, InterExchange Carrier/ International
Gateway Facility. The company also envisions to providing internet services
using the PacketNet technology, a wireless TCP/IP modem which can connect
users to the world wide web.
