Most                                     inspections can be scheduled within 2 days of                                     your call. Reports can be faxed within 2 days                                     after the  inspection. All reports are mailed to                                     you via U.S. mail. Level B reports include elevations taken by a digital manometer, a computerized drawing of the home noting problem areas, a plan of repair, and repair cost estimates,if repairs are needed.In addition, Pier and Beam reports can include pictures of any under floor framing damage upon request. We can upon request, provide you with a list of foundation repair companies and plumbers who have worked with previous clients. All reports meet qualifications for underwriting documentation, whether you are using FHA or Conventional financing.
