This home has been completely remodeled, inside and out. With 9 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, kitchen, 2 living rooms, loft, basement and new front and back porch, there was a lot of work to be completed.

There was much work required for the restoration of this existing 5200 square foot residence. B.C.M. had a lot of demolition and clean up before we could even begin the renovations. Some of that clean up included removing all the debris and garbage from the yard of the home and the interior of the home. We power-washed the entire basement and removed any and all materials that contained asbestos.

Once clean up and demolition was completed we had to repair the existing floor joists and flooring to bring the floor to the proper elevation, as it had deteriorated and caved in. All of the window openings had to be renovated before we could put in the new windows due to the deterioration of the sills and headers. Four new sets of stairs and handrails were installed, due to the extent of damage to the existing stairs and handrails.

In addition to that work, we installed all new base and door trim, new interior and exterior doors, new carpet throughout most of the house, with linoleum going in the bathrooms, kitchen, foyers and laundry room. In the kitchen, new cabinets were installed, along with new laminate countertop. We hung new drywall and painted the entire interior of the home. A new roof was put on the home, along with new vinyl siding and gutters, downspouts and soffits. A new deck was put on the home, with railing all around it.

There is new electrical and plumbing throughout the home, along with new furnaces, water softeners and hot water heaters. New vanities and mirrors were put in the bathrooms, along with all other bathroom accessories. In each of the 9 bedrooms there are data/communication lines and a cable line.
