both of us have been in the DJ business for a combined 14 years. Ronald
Beem has been a manager at a large retail store for over 5 years. As
well as being a DJ on the side and also working at recording studio. Nick
Fotopoulos was a radio DJ for 3 years, owns his own software company
and also has been a mobile and club DJ for the last 5 years. Our
goal is to open Arctix Dance Club and Bar in the early part of 2005 in
the Chicago land area. Our long term goals are to expand to a chain of clubs and bars
across the country by 2010. We are looking for investors
to help us meet our goals. Your return will be at least 20% and
is very likely to go higher depending
