Our program is child-centered and based upon the belief that play is the best way for children to learn. Our approach is individualized to meet each child's needs, interests, and abilities. The program is organized with opportunities for creative art, literature, science, and music, premath, dramatic play, cognitive and small motor development. The environment will be planned to stimulate imagination, creativity, socialization, exploration and discovery, and also to challenge the use of muscles important to the development of strong bodies.

The children will be introduced to a balanced program of interaction with other children in both teacher directed and also child oriented activities.

The daily schedule will include free choice of time spent in learning centers, group times, and dramatizations. The children also participate in outdoor play and gym time. The program will be geared toward helping children develop habits of observations, questioning and listening.

The children will be taught they are free to make choices as long as they stay within the limits of consideration for other people and things. The children are treasured for their uniqueness and individuality and will be encouraged in self-expression.

Children will also be taught and encouraged to share, following directions, problem solving, self confidence, and the importance of friendships.
