A deep voice came from the corner, “Why?”
“Because, you said you would let me know what would happen in time. I want to know.”
“Why?”
“BECAUSE! Nick is mad at me and I don’t even know what’s going on with A.J. I want to know what’s going to happen.”
“I don’t think it is time..”
“IT IS TIME!!” she shrieked
“You are here to be A.J.’s friend, he will soon be having a great trial in his life and will need his friends.”
She stopped, “So, I am here for A.J.?”
“You are also here for Nick.”
“What do you mean by that?” She waited for a response, but none came. She knew she would not be getting one. Maybe she was wrong, maybe she hadn’t wanted to know why she was here, now, it was even more confusing than before.

Jessie sat by the window in Starbucks and stared at really nothing in particular. The last week had all been a jumbles between her and Kevin. After she had made the comment about Laura he had stormed out. She had left a note for him and apologized for what she had said, but how could she say she was sorry for Laura dumping him when she was glad. However, she was determined not to show Kevin her relief over their break up. Jessie had loved Kevin for 3 years, he has not found out, and she didn’t intend on him finding out now.

“Have you talked to her?” Howie asked A.J. quietly. The guys were back in the studios recording their new album.
A.J. had shook his head, “I haven’t talked to her D, but some weird things are happenin.”
“Like what?”
“Like things just appear.”
“A.J., what are you talking about?” Howie asked with confusion
“Stuff will just appear, like stuff she gave me, or pictures that we are all in. It will just appear out of nowhere…” A.J.’s voice trailed off as he turned and saw Nick, “Howie, that chain that Nick is wearing, do you know where he got that?”
Howie looked at Nick and back at A.J., “No, I don’t. Why?”
A.J. looked at Nick and then at Howie, “Because Stephanie bought that for him in London.”
Howie looked at Nick again and then at A.J., “Are you sure?”
“Positive, looks like Nick and I need to have a little chat.”
“Now A.J., you have to keep your head about all of this. Some strange things are happening and we need to figure this out.”
“That’s all I plan to do, D, that’s all I plan to do.”

After the recording session was done for the day Nick headed home. He hadn’t felt like he had given his best because he had a lot on his mind, mainly Stephanie and what was going to happen. He wasn’t home 10 minutes before the doorbell rang. He went and opened the front door to find Stephanie standing there. Before he could say anything she stepped forward and kissed him. She pulled away with a smile at his shocked face and said, “We need to talk.”
