Freddie and family
The family at Hettys wedding 1951(Freddies daughter) A bit of Family History Later on this day Charlie (my Dad - in the Navy uniform on the left) saw my Mum (Pat) for the first time while he was with Ronnie (Hettys brother), then living in Fingal Street Greenwich and asked him who she was. Ronnie went to school with her and was offered 1/2 a crown (2 shillings and sixpence) for an introduction. Suddenly Charlie looked around and his future wife was standing behind him. Pat thought he was a bus conducter but they still married on 27th September 1958 and had me (Lynda) in 1960 and Peter in 1962. My Dad still lives In Tunnel Avenue opposite Fingal Street today.
