Shy guy Lance got his musical start playing his dad's piano, and then he moved on to singing in shows and choirs in Mississippi. Before he received the call from Justin, Lance had planned to become an astronaut- he even passes the entrance exam for NASA! But deep space's loss was out gain, as the deep voiced singer became a star in the N*Sync universe.

Lansten's musical tastes have a range like his own voice. "I like Garth Brooks. he's an incredible singer. I love his ballads and stuff. And then on the other end of the spectrum, I love The Off Spring," Says Lance

Lance may be quiet, but he's got an adventures side as well. he enjoys rock climbing, parasailing, and skydiving!
