To fully understand this movie, you should really first watch WASTED (If you can't find it, check the search engine). Then, and only then will this movie make sense. This movie was made in 1999.
Anyhow, this movie is ok. Its a personal attack (I think) on Chris Gleason, a retarded blonde hair kid who works at McDonalds. The movie starts out really funny, with some really good scenes for 1999. But, it slowly got worse. After a few scenes the movie went from funny to boring. I'd recomend this movie if you're a fan of Dave and Andrew's work, because of the middle and end being dull. But, for a movie in 1999, this is spectacular but doesn't do much on todays standards.
