"...NOO!!!" Nick yelled dropping his controller and rolling around on the floor.
Stephanie laughed, "I TOLD YOU I COULD WHOOP YA!!" She laughed again in triumph.
Brian just laughed as he watched his friend roll around in agony and Stephanie dance around the room. All of a sudden, Nick sat up.
"Okay, Missy!! You asked for it!" He looked thru his games and put Mortal Kombat in.
Stephanie just looked at him, "What do you mean?"
"I mean, I'm gonna whoop your butt right now!!"
"Dream on Carter!!"
With that the game began, and Brian just laughed as Nick and Stephanie tried their hardest to beat the other

Nick shook his head as his mind snapped back to the present, but only for a moment. He soon was lost remembering the first time he had talked to Stephanie online. They had run into each other in a chat room. They had just talked casually, he didn’t tell her who he was and over several weeks, they became friends. After a month or so, he told her his name was Nick Carter. To his surprise, she had no idea who he was. He was thankful for that. He soon converted her into a Backstreet Fan and she always gave him opinions on appearances and songs. Meeting her was a whole new experience, and now, only a few months after he met her, she was gone. So many things had changed in such a short time.
