“What do you think?” Laura asked turning a full circle in the huge open space she would soon turn into the Richardson Art Gallery.
Kevin looked at his wife and smiled, “I think it’s perfect.”
Laura walked over and smiled up at him, “Do you think moving here will upset the group any?”
“It shouldn’t.” Kevin answered pulling her close.

“That was way to close.” Howie said as he leaned back in the seat, “Are you alright?” he asked Brandi
“Yeah, I think so.”
Nick was looking in the rearview mirror at A.J. and Stephanie and wasn’t really saying much, “What are they doing?” he asked himself more than his passengers
Howie and Brandi turned around, “Looks like they are talking to me.”
Nick muttered something under his breath and then he realized something, “Brandi, why are you here? I mean, I thought you were in Atlanta or something.”
Brandi looked down at her cast and then at Howie, “Well, Nick, I’m moving to Orlando.”
Nick was still watching A.J. and Stephanie but asked, “Oh, how come?”
“Well, because Howie and I got married.”
“WHAT?!?” Nick shrieked. He wasn’t looking where he was going and almost ran into Brian who was in front of him. He jerked the wheel hard to the right and swerved, the tail end of the car hitting a fire hydrant.

“Well, that was interesting.” Stephanie said with a sigh
“Yeah, it was.” A.J. agreed Silence filled the car for several minutes before A.J. gripped the wheel, “I am sick of this.”
“Of what?”
“Of this, of us. This is so stupid.” She didn’t say anything but just sat there and looked at him “I’m sorry, I’m sorry for everything.”
Stephanie was about to answer when she looked up and saw Nick slam on his breaks and swerve, “A.J. LOOK OUT!” Stephanie shrieked as A.J. slammed on the breaks. The screeching of rubber filled the air before shattering glass finished the noise.

Megan gripped the seat, her eyes squeezed shut. Brian gripped the wheel and stared at the little boy who had run out in front of his car. The boy must have been in shock because he stood stock still looking right back at Brian. Brian finally got out of the car and turned in horror to see the huge wreckage behind him. All he could think was that amongst the shattered glass and twisted cars his friends were in there somewhere. Megan looked at the wreckage, began to cry as she dug in her purse for her cell phone, and dialed 911
