During the 3rd song Megan leaned over to her friend, "These are great seats!! How much did they cost? I don't think you ever told me."
Stephanie grinned but without turning her attention from the stage said," only a hundred bucks a piece."
"Oh, okay.....WHAT?!?!?!?"
Stephanie then looked at her friend, "You said that you wanted to come no matter what. Now, can you really tell me that it wasn't worth it?"
Megan had a completely blank look then with a huge grin she said "You beat!!"
The rest of the concert was great. Brian waved and smiled at them one time, Howie winked at them, and Nick couldn't stop grinning at them. AT one point during the concert as they were introducing themselves Nick told the crowd that one of his best friends was in the audience and that the next song went to her. On the word "her" several girls were not very happy, but the next song was "It's Gotta Be You" Megan just looked at Stephanie dumbfounded,
"He's talking about you!!! That song is for you!! I think I’m gonna have a heart attack!!"
Stephanie just grinned at Nick, who was grinning right back at her. An hour later it was all over, their throats hurt from screaming and they about fell over from the thrill of it all. They made their way back to the same door they went in earlier. There was a huge guy standing in front of the door holding a clipboard.
Stephanie walked up to him, "We're hear to see Frack."
The man looked at her and then asked, "Your names?"
"Missy and Megan."
He looked at the clipboard and then moved to open the door, "Go ahead."
They walked back down the same hall they had come down earlier and back into the room where they were suppose to meet the guys. They waited for about 10 minutes before Nick and Brian came in. ]
"So, what did ya think?" Nick asked falling onto the couch that was in one corner of the room.
"You were simply lousy." Stephanie said with no expression.
Nick sat up and looked at her with a shocked expression, "WHAT?"
Stephanie couldn't help laugh at his expression," You were all great," she rubbed her neck, "and my throat is gonna hurt for a week."
Nick laughed as the other guys came into the room. "So, what do you want to do?" Nick asked the girls as he pealed himself of the couch so A.J. could inhabit it. He walked over towards them, "We have to do something. When do you guys need to be back at school?"
"Not until Monday." Megan said a little to quickly.
Nick just laughed and then stopped, "Hey Kev, when do we have to be in Houston?"
Kevin took a minute and then said "Not until Sunday night I believe." Nick looked at the girls and then at Brian, "When are we leaving?" He asked Brian.
"We haven't discussed that yet. We can leave tonight, tomorrow, or Sunday morning."
"Okay, let's discuses it, we're leaving Sunday morning." Nick told the guys.
they just looked at him, "Well it's nice to know you're in charge Nick." A.J. said from were he was laying on the couch.
"I guess that would be fine though, wouldn't it?" Kevin asked Howie.
"I see no problem with it, more time to shop the outlet malls." Howie answered.
they guys decided that they would wait and leave Sunday morning.
"So, you guys wanna stay in Dallas tonight?" Nick asked with an expression that looked like a little kid at Christmas.
Stephanie and Megan looked at each other, "whatever you wanna do Miss is fine with me."
Stephanie looked at Megan and looked at Nick, he had a begging expression on. Stephanie laughed at him, "okay that's fine."
"Cool, now all we have to do is find a McDonalds, I'm starved." Nick said rubbing his tummy.
"You're also sweaty and you smell. You are taking a shower before you get into my car."
"We're going in your car?" "Well, yeah, I guess. I think we all can fit."
The guys said that was fine and then left to take their showers and change.
The girls waited in the room for about 30 minutes before the guys came back in clean, shaved and smelling really good. They were short 2 though,
"Were are Kevin and Howie?" Megan asked. "Oh, they’re going to some club with some of the band." Brian answered.
They decided that they would find a McDonalds and then go from there. They only had to go about 3 blocks before they found what they wanted. They all pilled out of the black explorer and went into the McDonalds. The guys order their food while Megan and Stephanie settled for a drink. They all sat down at a corner table, while the guys devoured their food.
"So, what do you guys wanna do after you get done?"
"I dunno." A.J. said over a mouthful of a quarter pounder with cheese.
"Is that any good, cause it doesn't look it." Stephanie said trying to keep a straight face.
A.J. just rolled his eyes, "You're almost as bad as my mother."
"Oh really? I think I like her already."
When the guys got done eating they decided to drive around and see what they could find at midnight on a Friday night.
"What's open at this time of night?" Brian asked from the backseat were he was wedged between A.J. and Nick.
"I have no idea." Stephanie answered from behind the wheel.
"Hey, can we put a CD in?", Nick asked as he found Stephanie's CD case and began flipping thru it.
"Well, I already have Millennium in the CD player, if you guys don't mind listening to your own stuff."
"That's fine," A.J. said and Megan turned it on. They drove around with Millennium blasting and they were all singing along, when Nick spotted a bowling ally.
"Hey, let’s go bowling. It's still open" They all agreed and Stephanie pulled into the parking lot.............What will happen?? You will have to keep reading
