Stephanie found Kevin at the front desk with Howie, “Is Laura coming?”
“I thought you had asked her to come.”
“Well, I did, but….I was wondering if you had asked her. We had only talked about it.”
Kevin smiled, “Yes I invited her.”
Stephanie grinned, “So…are you two…ummm.”
Kevin just looked at her, “what?”
“Will you be asking her out again?” Stephanie asked
the question got Howie’s attention and he turned to hear Kevin’s answer. Kevin only smiled, “Maybe.”
“Maybe?” Howie asked “What is that suppose to mean?”
Kevin just grinned and walked off leaving Howie and Stephanie looking at each other in confusion, “I hope that is a good sign.” Stephanie muttered watching Kevin walk off.
“It has to be.” Howie said nodding, “Okay, I left a note for Brandi, I hope she gets it.”
“She should.” Stephanie said as they went to find the other guys.

They had been at the shoot for about 4 hours. Stephanie and Laura had watched the guys go thru hair, make-up and wardrobe. Now, they were filming different parts. The girls sat in director’s chair and watched as Nick was doing his scene. A.J. walked up behind her and draped his arms around Stephanie, “Hey beautiful.”
Stephanie smiled, “Hi.”
“Laura grinned, “I think I hear Kevin calling me.” She got up and walked off leaving the two alone.
“So, what’s up?” A.J. asked resting his chin on her shoulder
Stephanie looked at him sideways, “Umm…nothing.”
“No, I mean with us.”
“Oh, well, I don’t know.”
“I just have one question, you want to be my women or not?”
Stephanie laughed, “Well, if you put it that way….”
“Oh come on.” A.J.
Stephanie looked up at Nick. He was talking with Brian and not even paying attention, “Yeah, I’ll be your women.”
A.J. kissed her cheek, “I have to go, I’ll be back in a minute.”
“Okay.” Stephanie answered. She looked up to see Nick watching her, she couldn’t read his look, and didn’t want too. All she knew was that she had hurt one of her best friends, and now she wasn’t sure if they were even friends. She liked AJ., but was he worth a friendship?

Megan rolled over and then realized that the alarm hadn’t gone off. She opened her eyes, the clock read 11:04, “STEPHANIE WE….” She stopped, the bed was empty, and Stephanie wasn’t in the room, “I can’t believe she left me!” Megan yelled as she stomped out the room. She was hoping around the room trying to get into her jeans when she saw a piece of paper on the dresser, it was a note.

We left around 6:45. I tried to wake you up but I guess you were tired. Brandi slept in too, you can come with her. D is going to leave a note for her, but just incase she doesn’t get it, call her when you get up –Room 356. See ya later

Megan went and picked up the phone to dial Brandi’s room when there was a knock at the door. She hung up the phone and went o answer it. Brandi stood waiting when she opened the door, “Hey, you ready?”
“Oh yeah, um, hold on a sec.” Megan said grabbing her stuff.
“No problem.”
Megan turned off the light and shut the door, “Ready, I didn’t keep you did I?”
“Oh no, I just got up a little while ago myself. You want stop and get something to eat on the way?”
“Yeah, if its no trouble.”
“No trouble, I’m use to getting food on the go because of work.”
“Really, where do you work?”
“I work for a magazine in Atlanta.”
“Cool. What do you do?”
“I write the entertainment section. That’s how I met the guys, I was doing an article on them and went backstage after a concert to interview them.”
“Really? That’s cool.” Megan said as they exited the hotel and started walking down the street, “Do you know where we are going?”
“Yeah, the studio is about 4 miles from here, if they aren’t there we have to try the Park.”
“You mean Central Park?”
“Yeah, part of the video is going to be shot there.”
“Neat.”
“How does Starbucks sound?”
“What?”
Brandi pointed, “Starbucks, for breakfast.”
“Oh yeah, sure.”
They entered the store to get a bagel and some coffee.

“Hey.” Nick said walking up from behind Stephanie.
She had been watching A.J. film his part and now turned to find Nick looking down at her, “Hi.” She didn’t know what to say, or what he was thinking.
“So, what do ya think?”
“About what?”
“About the video shoot.”
“Oh, it’s cool.”
“Do you want to go see a movie tonight or something?”
Stephanie looked at the ground, she didn’t know what to say. “Nick, I have to tell you something.”
“What?”
Stephanie looked at him for a minute, “First, I want to tell you that you are one of my best friends, and I want us to stay friends. I don’t want you to get mad, but A.J. asked me…” She didn’t finish her sentence, but she knew Nick knew what she was talking about. He nodded but didn’t say anything for a minute.
After several minutes he finally broke the silence, “So, what about that movie, A.J. ca come too if he wants.”
Stephanie grinned at him and gave him a hug, “It sounds great.”
“And you are right.”
“About what?”
“We will always be friends.”
Stephanie just grinned
