Summary: A look into a probably non-realistic
future. It is about some time in the future where
there is like a Civil War but with all of our
technology.
Characters: All I am telling you is that Oz is in it
and this guy Shepard.

Several bullets rang into the night. He dove for
cover under the bridge.
"Yo Shorty, over here." Oz turned around and saw
Shepard whispering to him. Oz crawled over to him.
As he did, more shots rang out.
"Damn you Shepard."
"Sorry, man," Shepard replied. Shepard was Oz's
best friend since they both were drafted and had zebra
striped sheets on their beds until the captain ordered
them to use the regulation sheets. Shepard was about
a foot taller then Oz with black hair and green eyes.
He had come from Saratoga California, just a short
distance from San Jose.
"There he is," Shepard pointed to the sniper hiding
out in the bushes down near the river. Oz cocked his
gum ready to shoot.
"Wait don't he's too far. He'll know we're here,"
said Shepard. The sniper looked around and moved up a
couple feet.
"He's closer," said Oz.
"Not close enough, man," replied Shepard. The sniper
moved a couple more feet then got down and looking
around through the eyehole in his machine gun for the
enemy. Oz shot and the bullet pierced right through
the sniper's head.
"Too far away, eh?"
"Shutup Oz, lucky shot."
"Lets go down there and check his identity. We need
his ID tag to get more rations for tonight," said Oz.
"You can go I'll wait here," replied Shepard. Oz
then proceeded to climb out from under the bridge and
went across to where the body of the sniper
was. He turned over the body and looked straight into
the lifeless eyes of someone. Oz's head started to
spin.
"It, it can't be...." Oz sank to his knees and
put his hands over his face. The enemy he shot was
not an enemy. He was just on the other army.
He couldn't have been an enemy. Oz took his hands
off of his face to make sure he didn't mistake the
identity. He glanced again and realized it still was
him. Someone that took him back to SunnyDale. Xander.
