We now see Ninjara, Phoenix and Cutter of the New World Order arriving at an abandoned power station ready to carry out their assignment but the lady fox is unhappy about not giving orders instead of taking them from her boss.

Someday I'll be giving the orders Cutter, you'll do what I say.
CUTTER
Look vixen. Belladonna's stronger, unmercifulness. She can't
be beaten and you'll never be our leader.
NINJARA
I will find a way, everyone has a weakness.
CUTTER
Yeah? Well not the witch.
NINJARA
We shall see. Now, shake things up a little!
The doberman clone begins banging away on the ground with his morpher's powers to start a quake that topples-collapses the station as the samauri watches with evil glee.
NINJARA
I'm impressed!
At the same time Hunter and Exile are still seeking out signs of the Empire forces but so far no luck yet.
HUNTER
Sure is alot different than Hill Valley out here.
EXILE
Don't fall in love with it G.I.Joe, we won't be staying long.
HUNTER
You smell something Exile?

HUNTER
Together the two Rovers morph to their canosapien selves and
hike up a incline until reaching the top of a nearby plateau where they
peer down into the valley below them. What they see is shocking!
HUNTER
A fortress-like structure is undergoing phases of construction
by the Dark Rovers as Belladonna supervises the activity. Destroyer,
Cutter, Frozen Eye, Coll-Lee, Phoenix & Ninjara are busy putting
together support beams, walls, ceilings, floor panels, etc.

Bella's voice comes through over the speakers as if she were
there beside them on the hill. What she is saying stuns or shocks both
Rovers to the core.

Just then Exile begins setting up a weapon device which causes
Hunter to panic.
HUNTER
EXILE
He pulls the trigger and a pulse of laserlight streaks away
towards its target. It strikes one portion of the fort setting off a
loud explosion and bright flash of light which makes the whole nWo to
cringe-flinch from the noise. Shielding her eyes against the afterglare effect Belladonna looks around trying to pinpoint the source of where the shots came from.

Thinking it over for a spell Bella decides to find out herself
if the Rovers indeed survived and dare attempt asassination on her.

The afghan hound clone ejects an audiocassette from her player
attached to her utility belt which morphs into a Cyberdyne Systems
Series 800 endoskeleton macaw known as Laserbeak. It zooms off to seek
out the unseen snipers...Upon seeing this entity approaching the Rovers
really panic.
HUNTER

They morph back to vehicular modes and drive off but Laserbeak
spots them and gives chase.

Veering off in two directions the cars race for freedom.
Laserbeak continues chasing Hunter while launching a drone missile after Exile that opens fire on him.

Out of control the vehicle crashes down the side of a mountain
road until coming to a stop upside down at the bottom. Screeching in
triumph the Terminator returns to base leaving its prey behind, helpless and in pain. Seconds later Exile returns with Colleen and Cyclops.

B9 ROBOT
Carefully the guardian reels in the vehicle like he was fishing
and caught the BIG ONE. Safely back at Mission Control as Colleen works to save her boyfriend Hunter reports to Annabelle what he overhead.
HUNTER
Annabelle looks shocked, then angry when she hears this...no way
is she going to allow her sister to get away with this nonsense.
ANNABELLE
Seconds later outside HQ with Annabelle standing by and
watching, Cyclops calls out to the NATO Rovers who stand before them.
B9 ROBOT
Once the canosapiens converge to their vehicular forms using
their Power Morphers Cyclops gives the next command.
B9 ROBOT
ANNABELLE
Cyclops rolls himself into the bed of the monster truck and then
the convoy of 7 trucks race off into the horizon to stop the New World
Order from carrying out their quest of ruling the universe.
