Welcome to Hawk Terrace Lodge Park & Campground, LLC - Crumpler, North Carolina

Nestled deep in the heart of North Carolina's Appalachian Highlands along the banks of the North Fork of the New River, the second oldest river in the world, Hawk Terrace is family owned, operated and dedicated to the Native American philosophy of peace and human-kind along with an all important love of the earth and preservation of its natural resources. Don't be surprised to see a white-tailed deer, turkey, grouse or hawk cross your path as you hike along our nature trails.

For the more adventurous we offer canoeing and tubing on the New River and for those wanting a unique overnight experience, authentic Native American tipis are available for rental. Additional activities include volleyball, horseshoes, croquet and badminton.
