These workshops consist of a "Grounding and Protection Meditation Exercise", "Going to your Inner Sanctuary (or safe-place) Exercise", and "Meeting with your Guardian Angel". You should be able to see and sense him/her, as well as hear their voice and feel their loving presence. You will also experience their warmth and unconditional love. Take this unique and wonderful opportunity to talk to your Angel and ask any important questions you may have always wanted to know. You should be able to get your Angels name as well as any other important messages, and information that you need at this time to further yourself on your spiritual path, development and growth. Find out what your lives purpose and or mission on this planet. And find out what lessons and/or challenges that you are to overcome in order to progress mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally. And learn how to let go of pains of your past.
