It is a nearly a concept album about alienation and finds our character, Rocky King, not fitting in. Rocky is a young boy but he feels he's growing old quickly and he's missing out on much of the normal stuff that people do. Yet still, he dreams. The boy is especially reflective in the summertime. For it is the season when love blooms and young couples take long strolls in the moonlight. This is 14 pieces for his long drive home...alone.
