Make Way for the Foals!
Our broodmare, Margaret's Song, foaled in the wee hours of Feb. 7, 1999 -- and IT'S A GIRL!! The little one's sire is former Canadian 3-year-old champion Runaway Groom, while her dam is from Northern Dancer and Raja Baba lines. Now a yearling named "Barbara's Song," she is the property of PA owner/trainer Bob Szyeller.
Our thanks to co-breeder Barbara Rickline, and best wishes to Mr. Szyeller, who also bought our mare's first-born (see below).

Dig That Song right) was our mare's very first offspring. A son of Group I stakes winner Digamist (by champion miler Blushing Groom), he was foaled and reared at beautiful Xanthus Farm near Gettysburg, PA.
Now he's a strapping two-year-old, and headed to the races!
Our thanks again to both co-breeder Barbara Rickline and "Digger Jr.'s" new owner and trainer. We look forward to following this youngster as his career unfolds, and will always keep him close to our hearts.
