Villa Zorro, a privately owned condominium,
is located in the John Newcombe Tennis Villas
beside the five star rated Continental Plaza and
Plaza Las Glorias Hotels and is within a two
minute walk of one of the nicest beaches in
Puerto Vallarta.

Villa Zorro offers a fully equipped kitchen
with a frost-free fridge, gas stove, coffee maker,
juicer, toaster, and everything you'll need for
meal preparation and dining. A breakfast bar
separates the kitchen and dining areas. The
dining area is lit by a Tiffany style lamp and will
seat six at the dining table.

The living room is furnished with a large
sectional couch, television, tables, lamps
and colorful Mexican pieces.

A large master bedroom with a king size
bed enjoys the benefit of a generous
amount of natural lighting. The ensuite is
fitted with a shower, basin and water
closet. The master bedroom has its own
television. The second bedroom, with
two beds, is also spacious and well lit
with natural light. Both bedrooms are
furnished with bureaus, night tables,
lamps and closets, air conditioning units
and remote controlled ceiling fans.

The interior of Villa Zorro was
recently redecorated and includes
several wall murals by a local artist and hand
painted tiles depicting scenes of Puerto Vallarta
inset into the kitchen ceramic tile counter.
A variety of Mexican art and handcrafted
items decorate the walls.

When you vacation at Villa Zorro you will
enjoy an elegant 'at-home' ambience plus the
added bonus of several hotel services.

John Newcombe Tennis Villas was built by the
owners of the Continental Plaza Hotel and sold
to private individuals with the guarantee that all
owners, and their guests, are welcome to use
many of the services offered by the Continental
Plaza Hotel located just steps from our door. We
provide you with a letter of introduction to enable
your access to these services.

These services include use of the fabulous pool
at the Continental, pool towels, access to a
safety deposit box, use of the gym
facilities, and the option of running a
tab at the Continental Plaza Hotel
restaurants or lounges.

The Continental Plaza offers a variety
of activities i.e.: water valley ball,
aquasize, and crafts for children. The
hotel offers additional information
regarding various activities and ticket
purchases for a multitude of events
in Puerto Vallarta.

The John Newcombe Tennis Club
offers indoor and outdoor tennis courts
for use at hourly rental rates.

Amenities

Villa Zorro is located in an excellent area
with all amenities located within several blocks.
Shopping plazas are located nearby offering
over 150 shops and services: pottery and crafts,
banking, jeep rentals, restaurants, souvenir
shops, and a large grocery store within easy
walking distance. The old town section of Puerto
Vallarta is a five minute taxi ride or about a
twenty minute walk.

We maintain a representative in Puerto Vallarta
who is responsible for the daily management
and regular maintenance of Villa Zorro.
Prior to your departure you will be given a contact number
for our representative in addition
to directions, map and keys.

Reservations

A 50% booking deposit reserves your dates.
Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival at Villa Zorro.
A refundable security/damage deposit of $200.00 is required.
