On June 11, 1998 -- after the Jasper incident -- Peak cut off the microphone as the speaker asked for a moment of silence for the racial death victim (James Byrd) -- and Peak set a policeman upon a speaker. Later, the policeman was forced to retire (yet he has been quickly hired by the Bexar County District Attorney's Office). Peak must be removed from office!
