ASSISTANT
This is a
fixed term one year full time position in Wellington and involves such duties as
answering phones, meeting and greeting, correspondence, word processing, data
management, filing as well as providing any secretarial support required by the
FIANZ Executive team, including travel arrangements. You will be competent in
Microsoft Office, Email and Website design and maintenance and have excellent
communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under
pressure. You will need to have basic knowledge in the religion of Islam, a
commitment and respect towards the religion of Islam, and knowledge of the
various cultures of Muslims.
In order to
be able to carry out this role effectively, you must have a keen eye for detail,
be able to maintain confidentiality and be willing to work outside the office
hours at times. You must have a positive,
approachable nature, and possess superb communication and follow-up skills. An
ability to deal with strong personalities will be an added asset.
OPERATIONS
EXECUTIVE
This is a
part time fixed term position for a period of six months 25 hrs per week. Duties
will include processing and data-entry, invoicing, accounts- both creditors and
debtors, basic errands including banking as well as project tasks as required.
You will also provide relief in other areas where necessary on a regular basis,
including secretarial work. You need to have knowledge in the use of MS-Word and
Excel. The job is in Wellington, however, may require a bit of travelling
occasionally. You will need to have basic knowledge in the religion of Islam, a
commitment and respect towards the religion of Islam, and knowledge of the
various cultures of Muslims.
