RIVET Soft Surfboards are specifically designed for the training of BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE students and incorporate safety features such as an extra soft nose of 3" radius and soft non slip top deck.
RIVET Softsurfboards are manufactured using the XEN developed
ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY which unsures a LIGHT, STRONG board. This system involves the moulding of the core using a Reacted Co-Polymer
STIF FLEX and the XEN DEVELOPEDHOT VACUUM ADHESION SYSTEM for the interface and top deck. The use of ensures that each component of RIVETS construction imparts
it strength to the whole soft surfboard. The STIF FLEX core imparts a strength and lightness not found in conventional soft surfboards.
Its Compressive Strength at 350 kN/m2 and Water Absorption of .3% of volume makes this core the most advanced of its kind. STIF FLEX allows a soft surfboard weight of around 4.9 - 7lbs
for sizes 5' 10" to 7'6" without the flexiness associated with boards of this size and weight. GAURANTEE - RIVET SOFT SURFBOARDS ARE CAPABLE OF ANY MANOEUVRE THAT CAN BE DONE WITH A NORMAL GLASS COVERED SURFBOARDS.
