It's funny, this house is only about 1,100 square feet (not counting
the basement). It looks pretty big from the outside, though.
The stucco on this house is extremely hard. Recently, I noticed that
none of the fake window-shutters were screwed in securely, because the screws
just don't go in. In fact, one of them is about to fall off. Can
yo guess which one?
When the cable guy came over, he said, "I've drilled into concrete with no
problem, but I can't get a drill bit through this stuff." Normally,
he would put in anchors at about 3 foot intervals, but we settled for 12
foot intervals so that he wouldn't get exhausted.
And again, the license plates glow.
