Hopeless!  There's no hope or meaning to anything.  What good is it to keep living if you're just going to die?

Are you going to keep learning and learning just to end up with your brain decayed and gone after you're dead?  A thousand years later, there won't be any trace of you left.

Oh how noble, you're going to live to help others.  Well guess what...they're going to die, too!

Are you going to build up riches and make monuments?  They'll be destroyed, too.

Do you think that technology will just keep growing and growing and will never disappear?  How long do you think the Earth will exist?  Do you plan to move to other planets to avoid the destruction of the Earth?  Well, that might temporarily save you, but simple math teaches us that we can't continue endlessly that way.

Even trying to improve our sinful world unto perfection is futile.  Star Trek TNG is a great show, but it just won't happen that way.

Since you can't beat life, why not enjoy it?  Take pleasure in life.  Don't worry about fixing things, because it's just impossible.  Just have fun! ... But think about it.  What will that accomplish?

Will you get to have fun and store those memories of fun in your brain?  What about when you die?  What good will those lost memories be?

You can't conquer life.  You can't win.  Life is something to hate.  Life makes you miserable when you don't eat, and you have to work to get food, and the food only maintains you long enough to keep working.  If you try to starve yourself to death, your instinct forces you to eat and continue this stupid cycle.  You know in your mind that suicide is not the right answer, but your mind just won't tell you why!

Why even build up an empire to give to your children?  Your children might have all the best intentions, but they'll just waste everything away.  They don't understand the way that you have maintained things and built your riches.  If they understood, then they would already be rich.

Day by day we don't live life.  We live pain.  Enjoy yourself while you work in this meaningless cycle.

Why are we here?  Why does the universe exist?  Why is there matter and energy?  (Forget about asking how matter and energy exist.  Forget about asking how laws of physics exist.  Either you can't understand and ignore the question that is eating away at your brain, or you understand that God created everything and the question "how" doesn't matter at all.)  Why is matter and energy arranged in such a specific way that people exist?  People are beautiful to God just like a program is beautiful to a programmer or a running engine is beautiful to a designer or mechanic.  (not aesthetics at all)  Why do people exist?  Why do we have such detailed lives with such complex trials and hard work?  Why do we have happiness and joy in this world?  What is the meaning of life??

Some say that we're here to serve ourselves, but why would we do that?  We're just going to die anyway.  We didn't prevent our deaths, did we?
Some say that we're here to help others.  That's noble, right?  Sure it is, but they're going to die just like we are.  What if we save a person from addiction only to kill him sooner from withdrawl?  Did we make the world better?

So what is the meaning of life?  I refuse to believe that it's meaningless.  There's just way too much order, rhythm, and drama in the universe for life to be meaningless.  It's not to serve ourselves.  It's not to serve others.

God has a plan.  We don't know it.  We can't know it.  But we can be sure that we're working with the plan and not against it by obeying the protocols...God's law.  The law is the universe's mathematical formula for success and happiness.  (God's law is not necessarily man's law.   Man's law is supposed to be an interpretation of God's law.  We should discover law, not invent it.)

What does a hard worker gain from all his hard work?  What good does it do you to obey all the laws?  God has appointed us each a task, but he has kept the reason of this task unknown, so that people can never understand God's purpose from beginning to end.  It's a gift from God that we have joyful things and not just the vicious cycle.  God didn't have to give us pleasure, but he did, not for spite, but for love!  He is not a tyrrant.  He is our father.

The meaning of life IS this simple!  The meaning of life is to serve God.  The ultimate plan, which is what many people are curious about, can't be known until Jesus returns to reign forever.
