This is the back of the house my mom just bought.  She and I are working to renovate it.  The second floor ceilings were 6'4" high when we moved in, so we're removing the ceilings.  The cathedral ceilings will be 14' high at the top and still around 7' at the bottom.

The double-deck porch makes this house look great, but it really does need a lot of work.

This house was originally listed for $99,900, but we got it for $82,000.  The government considers it to be worth $95,000.  Pretty good, eh?

I didn't think the rain would be visible, but actually, it's really fun to take pictures in the rain.  The high shutter speed lets me take a picture of every single raindrop!
