Jeff Imel's VictoryBuy now owns BMC plus and has been buying other molds from long defunct toy makers such as Marx & Payton. In 2023 they acquired the J.Lloyd International owned Tim-Mee & Processed Plastic molds and are bringing reissues of old toys toys back to the marketplace. In 2023 They bought the molds of Classic Toy Soldiers (CTS). Victory Buy/BMC has become the biggest US plastic toy figure maker in the world.
