Northern Ontario
This is a place called Gordon Chutes on the Spanish River. With the water at an all time low the fishing isn't as good as it usually is. The falls are low enough to walk across an unusual situation in the spring during the run off, the falls though low are spectacular.

The plants and rocks have a spectacular beauty if their own, evident here in this shot.

This is a place along the Vermillion River on the way between Sudbury and Espanola.

On the way to Elliot Lake there is a little spot called Serpent River... this is the picnic ground there. Pretty isn't it.

Once you've travelled in the north you will fall in love with it's beautiful scenery. Travel from Espanola down to Manitoulin Island... here are some pictures from Providence Bay and area.

This is a rest stop at Loon Lake.

This is Whitefish Falls. Pretty isn't it.

Sheguindah on Manitoulin Island is memorable for many sites. This mill stream is just one of them.

In the spring the weather is warm but the ice is still on the lake. This is in Sudbury on Lake Ramsey.
