The program can be completed in as little as 3 months or up to a year depending on how many days a week you are able to attend class.

What is the average income for a Massage Therapist?
Here in the Dallas area the average cost for a 1 hour massage is $50.

Can I pay for each course as I go along?
Yes, you may pay course-by course, the least expensive course is $97.50. Tuition is based on $6.50 per hour, so it depends on how many hours are in a given course. Total tuition for the Massage Therapy registration program is $1,950. Sterling Health Center also offers payment plans.

Are there any other fees?
There is a one time application fee of $25. Students will need to purchase their own books and massage supplies, which is approximately $225.

Is the school accredited?
Sterling Health Center is licensed by the Texas Department of Health to teach massage therapy. This program fulfills the 300 hours required by the Texas Department of Health, and upon successful completion of the program, the student is eligible to receive his/her registration from the State and to take the Texas State Board examination to become a Registered Massage Therapist.

Sterling Health Center is fully approved by the Texas Workforce Commission for Veterans education (Veterans, Veteran's children and spouse), and the Texas Rehabilitation Commission. Applicants must meet the agency's criteria for admission to the massage school. You may contact a counselor of the relevant agency for more information.
