Looking For A Job?

What Can You Expect From S.A.S.S. ?

We do not charge you, the employee, for placement in work assignments. All costs are paid by the requesting client.

We evaluate every assignment we receive from our clients to determine which of our employees and applicants are qualified to perform the tasks required. S.A.S.S. then offers the qualified individual the opportunity to work on the assignment.

S.A.S.S., as your employer, hires you, pays you and is responsible for deducting required payroll taxes and for paying workers' compensation insurance.

S.A.S.S. will monitor the work assignment from start to finish, making sure both you and the client are satisfied. We strive to always make a "perfect match" between the client and the S.A.S.S. employee who will be performing the requested work.

How Do You Start ?

We are thankful for your interest in S.A.S.S. We invite you to fill out an application. If you have a resume, we would appreciate having it submitted along with your application. Many of our clients like to review resumes prior to placement, particulary for permanent jobs.

We Are An Equal Opportunity Employer

We do not discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, age, creed, sex, national origin, religion or handicaps. All individuals are given an equal chance for work based on qualifications. Further, we only work with clients who also are equal opportunity employers.

Your Safety Comes First

We will not knowingly send you to an unsafe worksite. At the time a work order is placed, we ask questions about the worksite to determine if hazardous conditions exist. Safety guidelines are given to you before you begin work and the client will give you more safety rules pertaining to their worksite. If you find you are working in an unsafe environment, please notify us immediately.

Job Responsibilities

When you accept job assignments from S.A.S.S. you are also accepting responsibilities.

* As with any job, you are expected to perform your work to the best of your ability.

* You must be able to provide your own transportation to work.

* You are free to accept or reject assignments; however, once you accept an assignment you are expected to complete it.

* Even though you are an employee of S.A.S.S. you must comply with the client company's work policies and rules while assigned there.

* You are responsible for reporting the number of hours you have worked to us every Monday.

* You are responsible for reporting to work on time. S.A.S.S. and our clients are depending on you. If you don't report for an assignment,or at least tell us well in advance you can't be there, S.A.S.S. will not be able to place you in other assignments.

How You Will Be Paid

Before every assignment, you will be told your pay rate. Rates will vary depending on the job and skill levels required.

You will be paid every Friday for actual hours worked, based on a timecard that you will fill out and submit to S.A.S.S.
